If you have tried resolving your complaint with the relevant tolling operator, but have either not received a response, or have received a response that you are not satisfied by, then you can lodge a complaint with us.
This can be done in a range of ways to suit your individual needs:

- In writing by completing the Complaint Form and sending it to us:

- By phone on 1800 145 009.
If you contact us by phone, we can often provide advice or assistance verbally, but we will need some written authority from you in order to be able to approach the tolling operator about your complaint. This is ideally provided through the Complaint Form (either PDF or online) as we then will have all of the relevant information and authorities in one place.
If you choose to use the Online Complaint Form, please have all of the relevant information to hand and ensure that you have enough time to complete the form as the website will not retain your personal details if you move away from the page. We will only receive the information provided once you hit ‘Submit’. Doing so is an acknowledgement of your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.
